Since every roof is different, we put in a bid on the job after an inspection. How much your roofing will cost depends on the size and condition of your roof, what needs to be done and the material you choose. We'll give you a written estimate that lays out what will be done and how much it costs before we start any work.

Your written estimate spells out exactly what's included, such as the work, the materials and the cleanup, so you can see what you're paying for. If something isn't included, the estimate will say so, and we're happy to walk you through it.

Every roof repair starts with an inspection to find where the problem is. We then repair the damaged area, check the surrounding roof for related damage and clean up when we're done. Your estimate lists everything that's included, and you can ask us about extra items by phone or through the contact page.

We stand behind our work with a 10-year workmanship warranty. The roofing materials we install (including premium brands like Malarkey Roofing Products) also carry manufacturer warranties, which vary by product, and we'll explain the one that applies to your roof in your estimate.
